The charity wanted to refresh their programme, address some strategic and operational issues and find ways to be more creative in their programmes.
“Having never done anything like this before, and not knowing the charity or how things work in Hong Kong, it was all a bit of an unknown, but we planned it well and were able to adjust and adapt as we went along. It turned out to be a great success and it was a good experience and expands the portfolio in community development for the company. There is definitely scope to deliver more of this kind of training both for the public and corporate sectors.”
Gill and Chris will now be looking to develop training module packages using the successful elements they delivered.
