Sir Peter Bazalgette, Chair of Arts Council England, visited Leicester on Friday 8 November as a part of his tour of cities on the 2017 UK City of Culture shortlist.
Soft Touch hosted the days press call during the final stop of the visit.
Sir Peter met young people who are taking part in music, video, computer game creation, and creative mentoring projects, and was impressed by their achievements
